DESCRIPTION: Multi residential building located in sustainable city of Masdar in Abu Dhabi. Composed of two Basement floors for car parking, Ground floor for building entrance, Pool and GYM + sis floors consisting of studio, 1, 2, & 3 bedroom apartments. ECOBUILD was appointed to develop the sustainable design, energy simulation and modeling, commissioning consultancy, as well as supervising the construction activities. Leonardo residential building Masdar-P17 successfully certified with Estidama Three Pearls rating.

SCOPE OF WORK: Sustainability and Environmental Consultancy including;

  • Green Building Certification (ESTIDAMA 3 Pearl)
  • Performance, Engineering and Commissioning Consultancy
  • Energy Simulation and Modeling
  • Environmental Consultancy (CEMP, CWMP)
